Overview of Khoya / Mawa Making Machine
To create traditional sweets, an evaporation process known to produce a rich, gritty texture is required. Lambotech International Pvt. Ltd. manufactures Khoya Making Machines that automate the labour-intensive process of converting milk to mawa through evaporative thickening.
The Khoya Making Machine uses rotating scrapers to eliminate milk burning while producing the same colour and flavour in all batches.
We manufacture both gas-fired (with a secondary steam generator) and steam-powered machines from our factory located in Gujarat, enabling sweet shops and size dairy processors to produce high-quality khoya, basundi, and rabdi with reduced manual intervention.
